Cash option/ bathroom

Hey there, well I was pretty irritated that there was no cash option even though I selected it from the website at booking. I still haven’t gotten the $100 hold back either. The bath stopper didn’t work correctly and the sink and mirror were a part of the main room which was awkward. The air conditioner was nearly too loud to sleep and it took us 4 trips on the elevator to get our things from the car… just wasn’t impressed for $265. The cash option was almost detrimental to the trip and we had come from a state 12 hours away that I would’ve needed an unavailable bank to fix the problem…

Clean hotel

The hotel was so clean and quiet but the AC was so loud and noisy, If you are tired you will sleep but other than that it was super clean and that is the most important thing . This is a clean hotel i recommended

Could not check in during check in time (3pm) , room was not ready in time we had to wait 2 hours from check in time for the room to be ready we left to get food and came back to find the front desk lady sleeping, we had to wake her up and asked if our room was ready . Room tidy but Both beds had broken frames so us and the kids slept in a slant all night we asked if we can be moved but were told all rooms were booked but seen hardly no cars in the parking lot. I honestly paid 240 for a crap of a room and yet have been great guest hopefully we can get compensated Amenities were up to par , gym and pool was great hopefully the breakfast

Near Sesame Place but unfortunately you really cannot walk there even though the advertisement said “steps away from the park.” I picked this hotel hoping to walk to the park so I don’t need to park in the Sesame Street parking lot but ended up not able to walk there.
