The sheets and pillows were unclean with hair, crumbs and stains. When we politely called the desk, the man who answered said there's no staff to change bedding so we can tolerate it or switch rooms. We then went to the lobby and asked reception for bedding and changed the sheets ourselves. The reception's bedding was obviously cleaner and sheets crisp, which points further to our bed sheets not being clean. Bathroom WAS NOT CLEANED EITHER. There was tons of pubic hair all over the shower and floors. We aren't people who complain, but this was a bad Hilton Hotel. The lobby is beautiful, but housekeeping and hospitality are severely lacking. We always book Hilton for their higher standards, but this one suprisingly fell short. I have pictures.

The room was filthy—chairs had white gunk/food all over them, mirrors were smeared, faucet had toothpaste spatter on it, the door handles were sticky and dirty…the shower gel was completely empty, one of the lamps didn’t work. Smelly red mildew in the shower. Coffee shop in lobby is supposedly open until 8pm…I went down there three times between 7p and 7.45 and no one there. No valet present. Highway outside is super loud—bring earplugs. Really crappy condition.
