Mid experience

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view was amazing as we opted for a water view and it did not disappoint. Had a hard time maintaining a cool and comfortable room temperature unfortunately. Walls were thin and we could hear from neighboring rooms; laughter and yelling. Hotel room was very clean and smelled fresh and clean. Staff very polite and friendly. Pool was not heated as advertised and so I could not enjoy the pool as it was too chilly. It was the many reasons I chose this hotel- so it was very disappointing to be unable to use the amenity. Staff was wonderful and welcoming - but another downfall- I was unaware we had to pay for onsite parking over night. That was disappointing. Overall a mid experience, wasn’t wowed.

Great location!

The parking garage had ample space for patrons and non-patrons. The beds were very comfortable, but the shower fixtures were loose and seemed to work properly, but wasn’t pleasing to look at.

The property was unique. There was no help from staff with luggage and few luggage trollies. Disappointed no room service for meals. I did not find staff generally helpful with specific questions regarding use of parking services. Understand they are a different company - but was also unable to get timely response from the parking company when I needed a quick answer for travel plans.

Paid through Expedia and was still charged for a full room total by the hotel. No one notified me that I was being charged for 300+ just charged me without confirmation of the price total and that understand that I was paying at the property via booking via Expedia… because per Expedia/ Hiltons automated systems I was anticipating to be charged 100 security deposit per room.
