The staff and facility were all great! The pool was overrun by kids at all times of the day so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Perhaps there can be adult hours v. kids play time? The elevators were the most disappointing for a large hotel like this. So many people staying with only 2 slow elevators running…it was agonizing.

Friday night stay in Philly.

Hotel was nice, convenient location - had issue w bathroom as shower curtain was falling off (snaps broken) and sink backed up, most likely full of hair. Lobby was nice and bright and clean. Check in only one person working the counter and no additional help w 10 people in line. Was a Friday afternoon - need to staff up.

Good location, nice restaurant, nice pool. Unfortunately when we checked in our room’s AC was broken so we told the front desk, then got switched to another room, also which could not get cooler than 77 degrees. At that point it was late so we just gave up but it was uncomfortable. Would not stay again because of that.

The elevators all could have been working on such a busy holiday weekend only 2 were working instead of all 4 but other then that the staff and hotel were nice and accommodating I will return !!

Check in was very slow. Elevators were SLOW and not all of them were working. To avoid the elevators we opted for the stairs but they were difficult to find. There weren’t any stairs to the parking garage so we were forced to wait. The hotel was full so the elevator issue was a major inconvenience. There was a loud band playing outside til after midnight. Stayed here last year and when a loud band was outside I called the front desk to inquire how long it would be. They told me 11, and that was that. This year I tried calling the front desk, phone was obviously off the hook. Never got my emailed receipt. Was next to impossible to reach anyone there unless I pressed the number for reservations, they only want new customers. The hotel is in need of renovations. It’s an adequate hotel but nothing more than adequate. You’re only paying for the location. Second time here but my last.

Perfect to pop around Philly and Camden

We had a blast attending a show at the Freedom Mortgage pavilion across in Camden. This was the perfect spot to stay the weekend to enjoy Philly and get to and from the concert easily and safely. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The elevators were very frustrating as the hotel was full and it took about 20 minutes every time we needed to go up or down. They need to upgrade and repair the broken elevator. We will stay here next time our favorite band is in town!
