The hotel's location in the city center was excellent. Blocks away from the famous Reading Terminal Market, trains, and historical sites. Breakfast included helps, especially when travelling with children. Room was clean. I will definitely stay again.

It says smoke free but we experianced some kind of smoke. The AC is dirty, it looks nwver cleaned. i think the smoke came from the dirty AC or its filter. The service specally the breakfast is awesome. The front desk was very helpful. We park the car a block away from the hotel at$35

The room itself was nice. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. What I did not like was that there was no parking garage for guests. I was told by the valet that they had 3 lots, then when I inquired about them he basically just kept telling me to park on the street because it was free until 8am. I did not want to do this as I did not know this neighborhood well. The area around the hotel was dirty and there was nothing but a bunch of one way streets. I also did not like the fact that I was made to pay a $200 incidental fee. That's way too much to pay especially for that location.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The lobby/bar is nice. Complimentary breakfast good. Room sucked. We had a 1 king bed with pull out sofa bed suite. The room was split in two so you had separate spaces. My teenage boys were to share the king bed and I was gonna sleep on the sofa bed. The sofa was like stained - so gross. The TV on my side didn't work. I did get extra sheets so I could cover the sofa and a work order was put in for TV but no one ever came to fix it. Not end of world since we were out and about a lot, but would have been nice for wind down time.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our shower drain was clogged on morning and they fixed in in an hr. We asked for a rollaway bed to be in our room when we checked in and it was there. That bed was very uncomfortable-like sleeping on actual bed springs so we didn't use it. Parking was a daily fee for valet with in/out which was convenient. Daily breakfast with make your own waffles. Only negative about that was there was no bacon left on a busy morning. They should make enough depending on # of guests those days. There is a nice small patio area. I would bring something to wipe the tables, I don't think it ever gets cleaned out there besides having the trash emptied. Location was great. Walking distance to Chinatown, Reading market and the Liberty bell. Overall a great hotel for the price/location.

From the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and fresh. The breakfast was super convenient and tasty. We left our bags after we checked out and it was so convenient. The location was great - close to everything, Reading Market, co mention center and the trolly/subway.

The front. Desk staff were helpful. But my room was a B-. The TV didn’t work - I could turn it on and see channels, etc. but could not access any. The body wash in the shower was empty - no fun discovering that while you are IN the shower. The toilet got plugged up - I reported it at 8 am but had to call again at 3 pm to get it resolved.
