Very friendly, thoughtful host, clean nicely decorated room. But know that this is not a hotel, it is a room in the owner’s house. It’s located in a residential neighborhood in West Philly with on-street parking, about a 20 minute drive from downtown. A TV and a way to make coffee/tea in the room would have been nice additions.

Great location for attending a concert at the Mann in Fairmount park. We were able to walk to the concert in about 15 - 20 mins and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were all really clean and the checkin process was really easy. the 2 cats are very friendly too

Cozy place, lovely host

This guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is plenty of parking. The host was so kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The house is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk to The Mann. Would stay again if we are in the area for sure.

Quiet and clean place

Quiet and clean, but bed is uncomfortable to me. Mattress is a bit hard for my back. Location is comfortable enough to walk to Mann, if its not too hot and sunny. However, it feels scary to walk back to the house late at night after watching a concer at Mann, as most part of the sidewalk along the park is dark.
