Nice stay

Very good. Room assigned wasn't clean when we arrived, but we went to another room. Couldn't find an ourlet for a cpap machine under the nightstand, but was told there was one in an inconvenient spot.

Customer Service non existent on a Saturday night.

Place was clean & room was clean. Tried to watch TV but it wasn't working. I tried to troubleshoot it. I called to the front desk twice asking for assistance or help. The lady said she was the only one there & she couldn't come help. She suggested I unplug the TV. I did so 3 times. I called for a 3rd time to the desk. She said again she couldn't leave. I then asked to be moved to another room or offer me a credit. She wasn't very friendly. I tried to remove other cords & nothing worked. She said it was my problem & that her boss probably wouldn't issue a credit since it is now a maintenance problem that I created. She continued to argue, so I said this was pointless and hung up. Poor customer service & poor entertainment hardware in the room - lead to a disappointing stay.

The property was pretty much full, but I barely heard any noise. The breakfast was decent and the staff was amazing. Kenya was especially helpful—she answered all of my questions and took care of any issues that came up. The only thing that was annoying was an issue with the fire alarm. It went off at like 5:45 a.m. and it stayed on for like 40 minutes. Everyone came to the lobby asking questions. The staff member assured us that someone put toast in the toaster—on the highest setting and walked away. She said this happens at least 2-3 times a week. That’s very concerning. Other than that, I had a great two day stay.

Not the best stay...

When I got to the hotel, the staff greeted me and were very friendly. The room was good and what I had expected.....until I tried to go to bed. The TWO smoke alarms in the room blinked this horribly bright green light. That ruined my stay because I got NO sleep that night. I am a light sleeper, so I could see the light through my closed eye lids and it kept me awake... I asked if there was any way to cover the light just for the night so I could get some rest, and they flat out said they couldn't. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again just for that reason.

Light sleeper….not happy.

While this is a nice hotel, my only issue is that the smoke detectors blink the bright green light, constantly. At night it’s the worst. If you are a light sleeper like me, and need complete and total darkness to be able to sleep soundly, DO NOT STAY HERE. The breakfast wasn’t great either.

We got hassled about my daughter's service dog when we checked in, which is a violation of ADA. The fire alarm went off the second night we were there, and then the third night, the smoke detector kept flashing a bright white light in our room. The desk attendant didn't even apologize when I mentioned it at checkout. I didn't ask for a discount, I was just mentioning it so the next person wouldn't have to deal with it. I've stayed here before, and the staff has been excellent. The customer service just wasn't great this time.

Clean Comfortable warm pool

Clean, comfortable. Rooms a bit on the small side. Pool is a little on the small side as well, it is salt water and it was warm and despite its size we enjoyed it very much but also didn't have to share the space with anyone while we were in it. We had pizza delivered from Berwyn Pizza and it was good.
