Great hotel, easy parking garage right next to the hotel, beautiful building and close to everything in center city and great restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is Walkable to big attractions, I went for my birthday and they put me in room 722 (my birthday is July 22) which was very cute, and room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Pool was great too. I would definitely recommend it!

Centrally located, but undergoing construction in lobby and first floor. My sink was clogged (slow draining) and the lamp on my desk didn't work. There were huge lines during my stay for people checking in and checking out. Checking out, if I went in the line, I would miss my train, so I gave my card key to the doorman/porter and we'll see what the repercussions are. This is a middle of the road hotel for middle of the road tourists.

Excellent front desk and follow-up check-ins from Alana. Accessible room had handrail in bathroom and walk in shower. Could be improved: commode handle had to be pushed down hard to flush and lavatory handle in Room 710 hard to operate. Maybe easier mechanism available?

Too much perfume

Went to see a concert at the Mann. Proximity was good. Only complaint is the overwhelming perfume smells. I get it’s a city and stuff stinks but I literally held my breath everytime. Room was great though!

A homeless man outside the hotel asked me if I wanted to buy a dagger from him. The elevator was the worse thing about the hotel. It took on average 5-10 minutes of waiting to go down to the lobby. It was so bad, we started taking the emergency stairs to go down. The room was clean and the front desk staff was okay. $30 for an average breakfast buffet was insane though.
