Ants in the rooms, dirty rooms, do not stay here

I've come to the this hotel numerous times. I've always had a some what good experience, enough to come back for an overnight trip. This last trip was highly disappointing. I booked via Hotel.com a double room. I did have an issue in the past where I booked a double room, went up to the room with all my items to only find out it was a single room. Unfortunately, this happened again this trip, I asked before going up if it was indeed a double room, I was told "Yes, it is a double room". (room 630) Needless to say it (again) was not. I had to come back down with my items and my disabled child. I went to the front desk explained the room was single and not double. The front desk person quickly got me into the room next to that room and cited that there was a few rooms not listed correctly in the system. That is a red flag, as I experienced this issue a year ago. Makes you wonder how long these rooms have been listed that way and why management have not changed them. It isn't fair for the front desk to have to keep up with the rooms in that way. So! I get to the second room, (room 631) it is indeed a double room. We begin to unpack and wind down for the night as it is 9pm ish. I always check the bed for bedbugs (you never know!). I did not find bed bugs but I did find a lot of crumbs and hair under the sheets and an extremely dirty mattress. Also, in the bathroom the sink was stopped up, when washing my hands I noticed the water was getting higher and not going down. (for the r

Bad Delta Hotel Experience

Bad experience. Do not charge me. Refund me because my booking was canceled on August 8. I didn't stay there. Delta Hotel management cancelled my pre booking (August 8-11). Please verify with the hotel management and refund all my pre-payment through my Afterpay account.

The property was very nice, i did love the pantry acess. The staff waa very nice. However, what i didnt like that there is no room service. To order food and have to go get it is a little much. The phone in my room was not working at all and was a little warm as we'll. Other than that the is very nice

I called the front desk 3 times for an iron, and was told the last time the front desk clerk would bring it up himself right now. Never happened. I had to google a picture of one to show it to house keeping and they took the one from the room they were cleaning. Not our room though the first night, never got cleaned.

The hotel is ok. The hotel itself is confusing to get to because the parking lot is off a dead end road with no signage directing you how to get there. The parking lot is gated and you are required to pay $25 per day - separately from your room charges and through a QR code - to park in their lot, or be ticketed. The parking lot is quite a walk from the hotel itself, which could be an issue for people who have trouble getting around, or in inclement weather. The lobby and grounds are pretty and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The “restaurant” only offered a buffet of about 8 items, which were mostly basic and inedible - the pictures in their food advertisements led us to believe we could still have a delicious breakfast for the $24 PER PERSON we had to pay for it, but we were sadly mistaken. Additionally, the floor in the restaurant area was sticky and you could hear our shoes being stuck and unstuck from it as we walked anywhere in there. The weird spice they put in the omelet and breakfast potatoes ruined those as options, so essentially I had a $30 bagel. For the price we paid for our room, a few complementary bottles of water could have been included and given us a little better feeling about the level of care they had for our comfort.

We continuously heard sounds like someone was trying to get into our room. The pipes were making noses. When showering the shower would fill the tub up without draining. We tried to use the vending machine on multiple floors and none of them worked.
