We had a great stay! The hotel is in an excellent location; most points of interest are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the art work throughout the hotel. The onsite restaurant went the extra mile to make an off-menu item for my daughter and it was a particularly nice touch. Will definitely stay again!

I was charged $140 for parking and did not have a car! I did not even speak to the valet once as I arranged all of my own transportation through Uber. If I had not checked my credit card account, I would not have noticed the invalid charge, and I am totally annoyed I now have to deal with trying to get a refund. These things should not happen. Also the room was dusty and needed to be vacuumed.

Sony was so friendly and helpful after American Airlines bumped my family and I from our flight to Milan, stranding us for 24 hours. Felicia was super gracious and empathetic, allowing us to wait in the lobby for three hours before returning to the airport. The bar staff sold us wine even after they closed and gave us free carafes of water for the room after our hellish ordeal. Thanks to everyone and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice. The room we stayed in was pretty small for a king size, but it worked. The valet took 40min to bring our car which was headache.
