Everything was ok, but the breakfast. I strongly recommend you plan to eat breakfast somewhere else. All the food looked/tasted old and stale.

Excellent stay and I can honestly say, the best and awesome staff members/employees. They go above and beyond to ensure their guest enjoy their stays. They do it because they really care and it’s in their nature. I was almost upset that I didn’t have one concern or negative moment. Very relaxing, extremely comfortable and almost feels like a home away from home!

There was a cockroach in the shower. No hairdryer. Black mold growing on the sheer curtain hanging over the air conditioning unit and the room was damp all the time. The floors were dirty. The staff were friendly but lackluster.

I was traveling alone for work and had booked two nights in the Best Western. The male receptionist refused to check me in as I didn't have my passport with me. I provided my driver's license as proof of identification and refused it telling me they will only accept a passport (which is not specified in the information upon booking, it says government issued ID). I was left stranded without access to Wi-Fi and tried to urgently book another hotel and thought perhaps the passport requirement was a rule across the board for hotels in Philadelphia. Thankfully I got booked in another hotel with no issues however had to miss my first work commitment due to this situation. Extremely disappointed in the service here. I've attached a photo of the hotel information which will need updating to specify only passports are accepted.

Nothing special about property, if only it located in city center. But WiFi service is bad. Work stable only on the first floor. On upper floors often not work at all. Breakfast is measurable.

The staff was very nice. Easy checkin/out. Very affordable prices and I like that you can check in anytime before midnight. Room was clean and cold A/C. We will definitely stay again.
