The hotel called me this morning and asked if I would be willing to give up my room with two full sized beds and take a room with a King. I told them I couldn't because our 15 year old daughter was traveling with us. They then told me the room had a pull out couch, so I agreed to do it in order to help the hotel with their over-booking issue. We got to the room and there was no bedding at all the the pull out. I went to the front desk in the lobby and they were able to find me sheets, but no pillow and no blanket of any kind. It's not the end of the world, but it kind of sucks since this is the first night of our vacation.

The staff in the evening when checking in was very helpful, the room was disappointing for the rate. The mattresses were thin and springs hard. The faucet in the bathroom leaked, which looked like a repair with new caulking had been attempted at some point but the room had a funky smell. During checkout, nobody was at the front desk and we waited about 5 minutes until someone rudely asked what we needed. Skip the breakfast.

Had to swap rooms- but great afterwards!

We had to move rooms because the beds were in rough shape in their eco friendly room and very uncomfortable. The front desk let us move after two requests and the new room was much better. We got two rooms and the other had no issues!

The breakfast buffet at Best Western was not as good as the breakfast buffet at Comfort Inn right down the street. It was very unorganized and the dining area is very small. It was not enough food for the guests. The Comfort Inn was a 5 star breakfast and I looked forward to going downstairs to get breakfast every morning that I stayed there
