Our bathroom door was off the track so it wouldn’t close, but everything else was in really great condition and very clean and comfortable. I told the hotel about the door but unfortunately it was Sunday evening and they didn’t have anyone there to fix it, which is totally understandable. They were all very nice though and we did like the room and the location.

We stayed at this location following the airline cancelling our flight. The hotel and room were great as well as the front desk. We booked this hotel online at 3 p.m. on a Thursday. We arrived at the hotel at 5 to be told that our room was not ready (check in was at 4 p.m.) but it should be ready by 5:30-5:45. We walked the area to kill some time and when we returned at 6 p.m., our room was still not ready. I'm not sure what the holdup was, perhaps a large group had checked out and there weren't enough cleaning staff available for the incoming guests - we weren't the only one's waiting for our room. We were able to get a room by 6:20. This is my only complaint.

We stayed two nights and our room was left dirty and unkept. We came to beds unmade and dirty towels. We stayed at the Aloft in other states and I have to say this has been the worse experience we’ve had so far. Also, valet parking for $65 a night is sacrilegious!

LOBBY AREA was very modern and like the activity options. Bartender Q made great drinks and great service. whatever scent is used in the hall wish was used in the rooms. can tell there has been an update to rooms but door are paper thin and hall noise can be annoying.
