We really enjoyed our stay. Room as very spacious... not cramped at all. Room was exceptionally clean. The only draw back is there could have been a little more light. There were only 2 lamps on the room.... a floor lamp and 1 lamp on 1 side of the bed... my husband did not have a lamp on his side and there was no lamp on the desk... some corners were a little dark and it was a bit had to see. This was not a big deal. We just moved our bags to where we could see what we were doing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

2 TVs were not able to be sign into. One was the downstairs bedroom and the other was the one out on the patio. There wasn’t a plug for the griddle and could not find it. Everything else was great! Cabin was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of amenities. Contacting the renters was easy and had immediate responses. Thank you for the great time!

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

The place all together was very quiet and no issues. My main thing is the AC. We had an upstairs/downstairs unit and the upstairs would not cool, we all had to sleep with no blankets & that’s an awful nights sleep. The phone number on google was not up to date so trying to get ahold of somebody to figure out check in was a hassle & the number it has on the building to call if you check out before the building is open is not a working number also. The place was very cute, very quiet, & the staff is VERY FRIENDLY but for a family of six, we probably won’t be staying here again.

We really enjoyed this resort! It was super close to Dollywood and all the attractions. Several restaurants within walking distance & Walmart is just a couple minutes away. My kids and I loved the water slides and hot tubs. The water in the outdoor pool was really cold but the indoor pools were comfortable. The fire pits for making s’mores are awesome and the decorations for fall were beautiful. Loved taking walks outside after dark. I suggest bringing your own pillow since we didn’t like the ones in the room (too high/thick for our preference).

Very old, needs remodeling. Pics on website look way better than in person

Great place located close to all entertainment tou wont be disappointed with your stay. I will be back.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Got locked out once due to a door knob issue and front desk came up with me to make sure I could get in. Staff was all friendly. I would say if you like to go to bed early there’s a lot of street noise but if you’re up late it won’t matter. Couple eggs scrambled and 3 small pancakes for breakfast is a nice light start to the day.
