Não recomendo! Infelizmente, minha experiência no hotel ficou muito abaixo do esperado devido à falta de manutenção das instalações. O quarto apresentava sinais evidentes de deterioração, com o teto tomado por mofo, o que transmite uma sensação de descuido e compromete o conforto da hospedagem. Além disso, durante a madrugada, a ducha higiênica se rompeu inesperadamente, causando um grande vazamento. Passamos boa parte da noite tentando conter a água e secando o banheiro para evitar que o quarto fosse alagado. A área da piscina também aparenta não receber reformas ou manutenção há muitos anos. O mobiliário está com a pintura completamente descascada, transmitindo uma aparência de abandono. Infelizmente, o estado geral do local não inspira confiança nem mesmo para utilizar a piscina, pois gera dúvidas sobre a conservação e os cuidados com a sua manutenção. Os únicos pontos positivos foram a cordialidade dos funcionários e a qualidade do café da manhã. É uma pena, pois o hotel tem potencial, mas necessita urgentemente de investimentos em conservação e manutenção para oferecer uma experiência compatível com a expectativa dos hóspedes.

A hospedagem em si achei muito boa. A única observação que tenho a fazer é sobre o café da manhã, acho que precisam contratar mais gente, o hotel não estava lotado, faltou prato, faca e garfo para nós servimos no café da manhã. ficamos esperando alguns minutos e só repuseram pratos, aí por sorte ainda tinham algumas colheres e utiliza-mos elas mesmo pra comer, e ao chegar na mesa ela tava suja de farelo de quem usou anteriormente, acho que poderiam melhorar quanto a isso.

Razoável. Fui no meio da semana e o hotel estava com evento particular programado impedindo que pudéssemos andar pelas áreas mais bonitas do hotel. O quarto também precisa de cuidados e atualizações. Ex. Janela que não fecha totalmente, fiação do ar mal acabada, tv que não é smart.

Considero que, de um modo geral, eu esperava mais, principalmente pelo valor que foi pago por uma diária na suite imperial. O quarto precisa urgentemente de uma reforma, buracos mas paredes, mobília e cortinas desgastadas…o serviço do restaurante também deixou muito a desejar (comida ótima, mas o serviço ruim). O único destaque muito positivo fica com a equipe de funcionários da recepção que foi nota 10 tanto na simpatia quanto na agilidade em atender prontamente. O hotel traz consigo uma história e imponência ímpares, portanto, penso que é urgente que se faça ao menos uma revitalização nos quartos e um treinamento junto à equipe do restaurante para que nossa experiência seja, de fato, inesquecível e queiramos sempre voltar.
