When we got to our room, it was open and not cleaned...at 9pm! Got another room....while it appeared to have been cleaned, ready for customers...the floor was carpet and chunks of debri on it, headboard had footprints and handprints on it, shower curtain was torn and dirty, the tv remote did not work and breakfast was a joke. Staff was ok, not rude just not very customer service type and looked about 12.

Vacation off the highway

Nice rooms. Great staff. Loved the pool and the BBQ area. Stopped here on a road trip and would have stayed an extra day or two if i had time. Nice comfortable relaxing place.

I got there and the room i was put in smelled disgusting, there was garbage in the draws, no towels. I asked for a different room and that seemed to be a bother. Then when i was finally put into another room, the beds were all torn apart not made at all. I was also never put in the one-bed room i booked. I was put in two-bed rooms all three of the times i was moved to a different room.
