Short overnight stay but everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great!

My reservation was canceled because they was sold out. They said they couldn't give me arefund. I had to get it from the app I purchased it through. Tried to call but all I got was a robot. I need a refund for a stay that was sold out.

We saw enough signs to get out of this place... Multiple room keys didn't work - at all. While we waited, the hallway outside of our room was not air-conditioned and had several holes in walls and ceiling. Property smelled bad, too. There is a sign at the front desk that says "No Refunds," so, after about 30 minutes of waiting for a working room key, we decided to just bite the bullet and walk away. With a property in that condition, we didn't want to find out what other frustrations were waiting for us on the other side of the door. Huge disappointment and a complete waste of money.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, & the atmosphere was quiet. We didn't get an opportunity to try the restaurant located just down the hill from the hotel as we spent our afternoons & evenings with friends who live near by, but we hope to try it next time we're in town. The place was fully booked due to a youth baseball tournament in the area, so the parking lot was overflowing by the time we returned for the evening on Saturday, but everyone managed to find or make space. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Petal/Hattiesburg area! I don't believe the front desk is manned at night, so definitely be sure to check in during the provided window or you may end up sleeping in your car...
