Staff, from valet to desk to housekeeping to restaurants, were gracious, welcoming and eager to help in any way. Even though it was tucked away behind other hotels, this was the best hotel on our 4 week travels. Highly recommend it.

Nostalgic hotel with a lot of history and charm. We loved it, and the beds were really comfortable!

The staff was very helpful and polite. They thought they were going to have to cancel my reservation due to construction. I was so nervous because this was my girls and I weekend getaway. The last thing I wanted to deal with was trying to reschedule our room and find something else. So after speaking with the manager, she did everything she could to make sure that my friends and I had a great time. She convinced them to wait until after our weekend and our room was still top tier. Aside from the elevator being down it was a great trip.
