This was our first time to Penticton, and we really appreciated the size of the room, cleanliness, and location. We could easily get to all of our adventures in the area. The staff was helpful and kind when needed. Breakfast was convenient but limited options.

The motel is clean and nice with a nice staff and close to the beach. The only problem is the television is only available through Roku. And this is extremely limited without any access to local and regular cable service. This means no news, sports, and tv shows not on the Roku app.

We always enjoy our annual visit to Penticton and find ourselves always wanting to come back and stay at the Days Inn. Staff are polite, the rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast is great!

When I was at the Day’s inn I went for many walks. When I was walking by the Garbage can there were many plastic bags that had been opened and there garbage everywhere. Also, when I was staying at the Days inn I did not know that they didn’t come in a clean my room everyday. I was told when checking out that you had to call the front desk everyday you wanted the room to be cleaned. I went to the housekeepers to get towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee. The people last year that running the hotel were warm and friendly. This year no smiles even when I was checking in there no welcome. I’m very disappointed and I will look for a different motel to stay in next year.
