There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work

Very nice property, but may not be the best place for seniors. Lots of kids.

Nice, though older, well-kept property. Rooms need a microwave and a nice bfast. Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again.

The room we got was not as advertised. 14 minutes away from the beach. No elevator, no ice nearby, no laundry, no housekeeping. Carpet in the room and not well decorated. our view was of an AC unit. Plenty of Roaches waiting for us every night outside our door. Last year, we booked the exact same stay as this year through Expedia and it was a night and day experience.

Had a group of 21 people staying here and we were over all pleased . The host accommodated us into 2 buildings which was perfect as the kids could run from room to room and we felt safe letting them . Pool is great but the grounds need some serious work..like the miniature golf and rotten bridges. We did have a great time but the resort is old and needs to be upgraded a lot .

There is a $200 incidental deposit. You have to pay for parking $10per day and we stayed 7 days equals $70. So our return was $130. As you enter the pool area the hot tub is center first then pool so we were chilling in the hot tub while other guest kids splashed all around us leaving only 10p-11p adults only. The free breakfast was amazing but get there when it opens 6a mon-fri 7a sat &sun. The line for the omelets is out the door with only one cook and the griddle. The rooms are cozy and the balcony was small and had to use a dining room chair in order to sit. But over all location was the best.

The hotel was brand new! Everything was clean and secure.

Great location on the Jacksonville River. We stayed for the 4th of July. Very convenient to watch all the Fireworks and festivities.
