Amazing hotel. It is beautifully curated, gorgeous in every detail. Classy, clean, peaceful feel. View of the restaurant was out of this world and the staff was extremely kind. I really enjoyed staying there.

IT'S A HOSTAL. I know I know, its listed as a hotel but, it's indeed a hostel. No TVs, no AC, no dressers to put your clothes away. Now...LOCATION is a 10, safety walk to restaurants, bars and the lively downtown area. STAFF 10. Front desk staff were patient and accommodating to the best of their ability. FOOD... 10. No need to go out (of this hostel) for a delicious, made to order Ecuadorian breakfast. The grounds are very pretty and the waterfall view is incredible. I'd recommend this HOSTEL to anyone with a backpack and just needs a bed to sleep.

Hotel Mama Cuchara is a lovely boutique hotel with a great location. The breakfast is delicious and the team took great care of us. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back and stay again next time we are in Quito.

Fantastic. Its rare that I get surprised by hotel but Old Town customer service, status and design of the rooms really knocked my socks off. The staff was so kind and attentive, I’ve never seen anything like it at this style of hotel. Hats off to the whole team.
