Excellent spot, in the perfect location. Parking at the property is pretty expensive, but there are cheaper parking garages close by.

We came to the property for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in through the doors, we felt pampered. Everyone on staff was friendly, high energy, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff was top notch as they went above and beyond with expectation on not only keeping things clean, but organizing our clutter, leaving thoughtful birthday treats, and making us feel comfortable. I now do not want to travel without staying at a 4 seasons property. They made our experience 10 times better!

Wonderful amenities, clean and great location. The only thing I did not care for was checking myself in. Front staff welcome you but you have to complete your own check in. After a long day if travel the last thing a person wants to do is complete forms. Lowers the Luxury feel of the property when the front desk does not do what an average Holiday Inn does.

Service was poor - over a 10-day stay, my room was not made-up when I returned on some days (after 5 PM on two days and after 8 PM on another). I had to call the front desk and request housekeeping. The front desk was not particularly friendly. The room was fine, but next time I will look to stay elsewhere in Fulton Market.

The property was outdated but fine. The room seemed clean. There was not rest during our stay here. You can hear everything going on outside and every door that opens and closes. There I security guard on the floor that keeps walking around and his radio is so loud, someone is constantly talking on the other side that we could not sleep multiple nights. It is in the great location but I would recommend paying little extra for some good sleep at night.

The staff was incredible! Our room was dated and the bed was not great- needed to be replaced (sank/tagged a lot on one side/ corner) and the room just felt dated. Pretty clean. The bathroom was nice! Confusion about pool. Some places say the pool/ hot tub are available, but they are not. This hotel is a great location. Parking is pricier than other properties nearby and not very convenient- we used public parking 2 blocks away. Would we return? Maybe. For the price, we'd probably end up choosing a different hot next time.
