Beautiful hôtel with modern facilities. Very good location with lots close by. Very spacious family room.

The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.

Our family of 5 stayed there for 2 nights What we love the most is their breakfast. So many choises and all of them were so so delicious. Definitely will stay again next time.

I thought the value for the Level room was very good, especially the daily laundry perk. What needed improvement was the canapes at the evening social hour. They lacked a balance with some Western food and the funny thing was an intern opened a new bottle of while wine for me (very nice) and served it warm....she just needs some coaching. You do not need to dress to go into the lounge. My spouse loved the unlimited cokes. The breakfast in the lounge is acceptable, just not the hot stations and honestly, I didn't like the eggs downstairs so it was no loss. The staff in the lounge was very attentive but they are NOT knowledgeable about how to check you out and do not speak enough English to communicate. I suggest having us all check out in the lobby as I was worried my credit card company would suspend it's use since she swiped it so many times in an effort to get it to work. The room was pleasant but the grounds are lovely, the restaurants are very good (have the pumpkin soup). Tours for pick ups here were easy as well as taking local t, they knew the Melia. Well done!

Staying one night is already too much in this property. Great, cute traditional concept. However, the maintenance and cleanliness are almost non-existent. Dusty, and there was no space to move in the room, and no table or closet to keep our clothes. It was a nightmare with additional bugs and insects in the bathroom with no screen and no insulation from the outside. This business shouldn't be running.

beautiful hotel with a nice view. large balcony and friendly staff. its in the jungle and you can breathe the fresh air. wish we can stay longer. maybe some other time ..
