Beautiful hotel. The front desk manager ran it like he owned the place - service was fabulous. Being set amongst polo fields was a fun unique experience.

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.

Great location, great place to stay in historical center in Quito, 100% recommended.

Wonderful service and location

An amazing hotel close enough to the center of the old town without being in the middle of everything. A beautiful building and our room was great!
