I would give it 6 stars if I could. Amazing owner, Panos, could not do enough for us. We only had 2 nights in this little paradise, but by the time we left we felt like we made a friend. Comfy beds, nice rain shower, kitchen well equipped, beautiful grounds, close to everything on foot. Thank you so much Panos for your wonderful hospitality.

Owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the rooms were well equipped and clean, balconies were great to have and I always try to stay in Livadia when visiting Paros, so I look forward to coming back to Cyclades Studios in the future.

A hidden gem, a highlight of our trip

This was the last minute booking as we had staggered off a very choppy catamaran crossing and couldnt face travelling any further! It turned into one of our fabourite stays of our entire trip. Panos and his father were so kind and accommodating and we had a beautiful quiet space with outdoor seating (on the beautiful mosaic tiled floor Panos has created himself), steps from the seafront, shops, restaurants. We used the basic kitchen equipment

Amazing studio in Paros

Paros was by far the highlight of our greece trip, and our stay at Cyclades studios was a huge reason for it! As soon as we checked in, Panos welcomed us with kindness and excitement, gave us a cute tote bag which we used for our beach trips, and always ensured we were enjoying our stay. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The outdoor patio space was phenomenal! We spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful view of the water and island. It even came with a privacy screen which was a great touch! We’ll definitely visit Paros again, and when we do we’ll only be staying here! Couldn’t recommend more!!

Panagiotis was the most warm and welcoming host I’ve ever met. From the time he greeted me to the time he dropped me off at the airport himself, he made me feel like a member of his family. He must have spent hours tracking down airport transfers for me when the taxis were on strike, but he did it with a smile. The staff is very helpful. The manager pointed me in the right direction and gave me tips. Clean place with walking distance to food and beaches and everything. One thing, if you can’t find the bell like me lol. Just look above the sign to ring the Bell lol.

Excellent location, charming property and great value for the money. Centrally located, close to Port, Bus Station (KTEL) and many dining options. Very close to Tango Bar Beach, one of the nicest in Parikia. Very responsive host, answered all questions and special requests. We would definitely stay there again.

Geweldige locatie. 15 min lopen vanaf de Port. 2 min naar strand. Veel eetgelegenheid. De studio werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, hartelijk ontvangen. Wifi was soms traag. Bedden persoonlijk iets te hard. Ruim balkon. Heerlijke douche. Je kan wat eten bereiden in de studio. Kortom een top locatie!

Las camas son confortables, habia espacio afuera y en el balconsito para desayunar o pasar el tiempo. Un poco ajustado y el baño pequeño pero todo renovado, muy limpio, aromatizada la ropa, linda decoración y una atención m7y cálida y personalizada.

So so so amazing! The stay was just amazing. The host was so helpful and friendly so our stay was perfect! He helped us book things and was the perfect host. The cleanliness was so good. The did the dishes and cleaned, and gave us fresh towels. We were so satisfied.

Beautiful and calm

Beautiful and comfortable studios with a terrasse. Well equipped (quality), clean and calm. Everything accessible by foot, close to several beaches, the taverns, old town and port/ferry. No car needed. The host was very nice and helpful, he also gave us a free lift to the ferry as we had big suitcases. You can reach the studios by foot from the ferry even with luggages.

Se dovessimo ritornare a Paros, torneremo sicuramente qui. La struttura era nuova e all'arrivo la stanza era già pronta (siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in) e nel frigo c'era una bottiglia d'acqua. Asciugami e lenzuola sono state cambiate durante il nostro soggiorno e la camera veniva rifatta quotidianamente. Erano presenti nel bagno sapone mani e showergel. In cucina il necessario per il lavaggio stoviglie compresa una spugnetta (sigillata) Erano presenti stoviglie per due persone. Pentolame compreso . Bel terrazzino con sdraio e tavolino ad uso privato. Piccolo stendibiancheria. Il proprietario ci ha accolto calorosamente e parlava italiano. Ci ha suggerito anche alcuni ristoranti ed attività. La struttura è a pochi passi dal mare ed a una piacevole passeggiata verso il centro città (circa 15min).Consigliatissima

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt...

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße. Der Strand, die kleine Stadt mit ihren Nars, RestaurantsundGeschäften, der Hafen, die Busstation sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Unser Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele Tips gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr gerne in dem Garten aufgehalten und dort gefrühstückt oder abends mal ein Glas Wein getrunken. Rico die Katze hat uns regelmäßig Gesellschaft geleistet.
