We came here to get away for an anniversary. The first room we were given was a little bit under expectations. We were moved to another room after we made a complaint about a few broken items in the room. The window blind wand was broken and towel holder fell off the bathroom door. Nothing major, but we did have to ask for maintenance to come fix these. The staff was generous enough to move us to a different room. We enjoyed our time together and the new room was much nicer.

Nice room but the shower light was blown out and as you shower, it fills up with water and you end up standing in your own dirty water. I told the front desk and they said that maintenance would come by but that didn't seem to happen as it was still very slow draining when I took my next shower.

I booked a last minute stay with my kids. The property was very nice and the room was ideal for our needs. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to make staying in for a meal much more doable. The heated pool and sauna were also great and added to a perfect stay. The hotel was very close to trails, downtown Park City, and the Olympic Park.
