Lack of communication regarding deposit required

Pros: The hotel location is perfect for flying out. We were an easy five minute walk to the Delta counter. Room was comfortable and quiet. Cons: Food options are limited and pricey. We actually used a meal delivery service and it was a bit tricky routing them to the hotel, but it worked. My major complaint was as the deposit amount required for incidentals. We had prepaid the room. The deposit charged was $200 Euros ($233US). I was shocked. Nowhere prior to arrival was that amount mentioned. I felt like we were stuck paying it because we were at check in and prepaid, and we are now waiting for the charge to be removed from my credit card.

Complete disaster. Expedia messed up my booking by double booking and never sent me any confirmation of the second booking, nor did it show up in the app The hotel wouldn’t budge and neither would Expedia. I am being charged double. I will never use Expedia nor this hotel. The staff was rude, the hotel old, furniture damaged, carpet dirty snd e design dated. So much stress for so much money and so much frustration. Hellish experience

This is a hotel located within the Paris International airport so that makes it convenient. It is good if you have an early morning departure. The room itself was decently clean though not large. We asked for two beds and we had two twin size beds, which was fine. The mattresses were quite hard, not very comfortable. The shower was a step up and in and I had to be careful getting out. Still, it all worked. There was a tea kettle for water in our room but there was no coffee maker despite being told that there was one. We ate dinner there when we arrived. The food was just ok. Mostly I was annoyed to find that we were charged 9 dollars for water. I had heard that tourists often get this charge. We said we wanted water and we got a bottle of Evian. I noted that the French speaking customers did not have 9 dollar bottles of water on their table but they did have glasses of water. So it seems there is a non French speaking tax. Other than that the staff was pleasant. It is good for what it is- an airport hotel. Check your bill and be clear about what you do and do not want.

Great location

Great location for international flights. Very calm hotel for a quiet night. The comfort is ok : pillows and towels would benefit from an update. Please note: if you arrive after 10.30 pm, plan for your diner before... Nothing to eat around the hotel in the terminal and the Room Service does never answer the phone...
