The +: bed very good, great room, great bathroom; breakfast nice but not very long (stops at 10am) The -: breakfast stopping « early »; cleaning of gym and sauna whim we were using theses spaces -> not appreciated -> hotel shall review this organisation

Hotel was great, clean (and spacious for Paris), restaurant had good food and the staff was nice. Knocked one star off for the hotel transportation. It’s some partnership with Uber but is impossible to figure out. I ended up just taking an Uber myself. The hotel is farther from the airport to be called an airport hotel than I’m used to. Otherwise, great stay at a great cost.

The hotel seems dynamic and attractive, nicely decorated bar, restaurant grills burgers outside on the BBQ, and very friendly staff. However the mini fridge in my room did not properly function: a small disaster because I was carrying home quite a lot of cheeses and counted on and needed cold fridge. Also, stained carpets.

Hotel was very modern but no wash cloths were provided nor available. The king size bed had 2 twin sized comforters instead of one king size one. TV reception was very limited. Check in (at the bar) was very fast and friendly. The restaurant food was very good, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel is advertised as having a shuttle to airport, but in fact they connect you with an "uber" style ride. Did I mention that the location was incredibly convenient to CDG airport in Paris.

Just generally kind of gross. Check in at a bar, dirty hallway, silverfish bugs in the room. We were only there from 12am-8am between flights, and it wasn’t great. The also had trouble checking us in and out and blamed it on our Expedia booking. Tried to charge us ~40 euros more than our prepaid booking in addition to the tourism fee. It was ultimately resolved, but they kept trying to blame us and get us to pay.

Because the transportation was absolutely impossible and cost us 2 hours and 30 Euros to get 2.3 miles the rest was tainted from exhaustion and frustration. The link for how to get from the airport to the hotel needs to list ALL pertinent information such as the required pick up sited for Uber. We did not receive a link as promised so offered our location which was in the recommended area but didn't have any information telling us we needed to go to Terminal 2 B Parking garage. I was traveling with 2 handicapped people without the info needed.
