Stunning hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris! Everything was great from check in to check out. The hotel is beautiful and everyone is friendly. The rooms have a fridge, stove top, coffee machine and more. There a gym and laundry for guests use as well which is great. The staff were all beyond friendly here. I would 100% stay here again if I come back to Paris!!

The Locke in Paris was a wonderful stay! My room and the grounds were all beautiful and in great shape. The service by the front desk team- Ismail and Diarrha in specific- was fantastic. They both provided suggestions on how to spend my quick trip in Paris and were incredibly kind. I can’t wait to stay at more Locke properties in the future.

Great location and decor - bar staff were fabulous.
However a good few issues - missing early check in request, collapsed bed on check in, broken coffee machine (had to ask twice), the list goes on. 
Most serious was the fact that the technician left our DOOR UNLOCKED after fixing coffee machine. 
Response to complaints left me seriously underwhelmed. A real shame as overall the hotel was excellent.

We absolutely loved staying here. Check in and check out were seamless and staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant once for lunch and it was great. We didn’t reserve breakfast in advance but did eat it one morning when we were running behind. We regretted not booking it for a few days because it was much more expensive to do it the day of but the food was fantastic. So many options and interesting things to try, plus a coffee service. Area was walkable. We found several great places to eat and drink a few blocks up the street. Front desk will call you a taxi that arrives in like 2 minutes if you want to go anywhere! The room was on the small side but doable if you stay organized and store your suitcase under the bed. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The fridge and kitchenette were great and well stocked with basic cooking supplies. There is not a daily cleaning service but this didn’t matter to us. I prefer not to have strangers rifling through my room. Laundry service, gym and yoga studio in the basement. Beautiful seating area in the main floor for reading or lounging. Overall, great place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, central, stay here

Such a beautiful property and room! A little small by American standards, but still plenty of space. We had a nearly full kitchen which we did not use, but the room is modern and the AC ran great! The service at the restaurant/bar was second to none. I find service in Europe in general isn't quite as "proactive", but here everyone was attentive and friendly. We had an amazing server that helped us work through the wine list, and the food was amazing. plenty of spaces to remote work, and reception was nice as well. 10/10 will come again!

It is rare that you stay at a hotel where the pictures and promises on their website are 100% accurate. This was without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing! Joseph was a huge help at check in (so greatly appreciated after a long overnight transatlantic - MERCI Joseph!). All the other staff we encountered were extremely kind and helpful as well. The location was perfect. Close to metro, impeccably clean and well appointed. In a most fantastic neighbourhood. If you are going to Paris - stay here! You will not regret it.

Our stay at the Le Jardin De Verre by Locke was great! The hotel is conveniently located by a metro station which made it easy to travel to anywhere in the city, and to the airport. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and quiet The hotel is beautifully decorated and has all the accommodations needed for a short or long term stay. Would stay here again when visiting Paris!

Funky design and new but with a few issues. One Bedroom open plan- furniture too big for space leaving minimal space for suitcases to be accessed. Door opens right onto table & chairs and you need to shuffle around this to enter room. Shower head pressure is terrible- did ask for someone to check it- never heard back from anyone so not sure? Hand held pressure was sufficient to rinse shampoo but a pain. They allow non guests to come in & use back common areas for working spaces. They are supposed to purchase from bar/restaurant but we stated 7 nts and saw same people daily all day. Consequently they use the toilets etc. one 2 separate occasions I used these bathrooms - (there are 5 unisex toilets) and there was no toilet paper in 4, & hand soap empty in 2 of the 3.some days there are up to 15 people there working on laptops and it does feel weird walking through here to get to the lifts to all of the rooms. These are also the main bathrooms for the bar and inside dining areas. Check in time is pretty much 4 pm which is getting rather late in the day when check out is 11 am. We asked for a 4 pm check out and they wanted a full days charge! We opted for the additional 2hrs at 40 euros. Breakfast is pretty much continental with cold meats, cheeses etc breads & pastries, barista coffees and hot option of pre cooked scrambled egg , baked beans & hard bacon. No cook to order avail and cost us 25 euros if you pay before check in and 28 euro pp if you take daily.

Family friendly stay in Paris

This was a wonderful hotel for our family while in Paris. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect! Highly recommend for small families. We have two kids and it was lovely. Location is wonderful! Building is beautiful! Service was top notch and on site restaurant was beautiful!
