I loved this hotel. The courtyard was our favorite. I also liked the location. It was in a very good area. What I didn't like was the ac wasn't as cool as it could be and it was really hot when we were there in July.

Great stay. Rooms were small but very nice and clean. Really liked the courtyard. Located near two Metro stations so very easy to get around Paris. Great bakery down the street for morning pastries and around the corner is a street famous for crepe restaurants. Lots of good restaurants in the area also. Nicholas at the desk was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face. Would definitely stay here again

The room we were given when we checked in was a handicap accessible room that had only 1 door on shower (when we showered, water went everywhere). More importantly, the A/C wasn't putting out any cold air and it was 90*F outside. When we spoke to staff for this, we were told there would be a maintenance person in the morning to check it out. The next night, we asked the employee there and he said it was impossible because it was a Sunday and maintenance wouldn't be in until monday. We eventually got him to say he could give us a room if people hadn't checked in by 11pm so we could have A/C. Eventually we were able to get a different (but very small) room that had working A/C and attempted to use the laundry service advertised on expedia. They told us leave a bag with front desk in the morning. We came by in the morning and they told us that it wasn't a service provided anymore, only for the Olympics a full year ago, and they only did ironing service. When we came back at night we asked the employee there and he stated they didn't provide any laundry service at all and said the bags provided (which also said there were multiple services provided on the bag) were only there so you could carry laundry easier. Overall, the staff gave us mixed messages and completely different answers depending on who we asked, and various degrees of how much they helped.

Wonderful Stay

The staff was gentle and helpful. The location is excelent - just a few steps from the tube and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The room was confortable and spotless. The bathrooms could be larger, but it didn't cause any inconvenient. The breakfast was good, several options of food/drinks.

Loved this hotel. In a quiet part of Paris and near lots of restaurants and a few minute walk to the metro. The room was spacious and very clean. Very friendly staff, we will stay here again next time we are Paris!

AC nor working in our room. It was a family room in the first floor. I raised it right away when we checked-in. Maintenance came to adjust something. Then thats it, mentioned cant do anything anymore. It went cold for 2-3 hours then it became warm again. Stand fan was also not provided because they dont have one. They did not even transferred us to other room stating they are fully booked. Receptionist mentioned that most customers open the windows instead. Duh! Sweating while sleeping for 3 nights stay. Took always a shower to cool down. They have breakfast at least.
Sofa that converts into a double deck. Can be comfortable to sleep on with the proper cool temp inside the room.
