A well located hotel near main train stations. Very friendly staff. Basic room. Train noise every 5 minutes for much of the day and night so wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Room 308 - nice and clean, bed comfy and bathroom decor lovely. Breakfast good value for €14. Air con really loud during night Shower off the Bath taps - not strong at all - plug wouldn’t close so couldn’t have bath - but on the whole a good stay and so close to Gare de l’Est and Nord

Had a very nice stay

We enjoyed a very nice 3 night stay here. This was the smallest room we had on our 7 city European trip, but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's conveniently located near the train stations and very walkable to all the sites. Good value, would stay here again.

I had a ‘cozy’ single and this is indeed cozy. It was ideal for a couple of nights when all I needed was a bed. The room was clean and modern and I lucked out with a top floor room with balcony and view over Gare de L’Est. The only thing that affected the score was the air conditioning. It gave up and the room was stifling on a hot day. The large windows opened to let in air but also let in the substantial 24 hour noise. The staff were unable to solve the problem but they were so nice it was hard to get angry. The location is ideal if you are travelling by train but this is not the prettiest part of Paris. Metro station entrance is 50m away from the hotel Recommended? Yes if you want a basic, clean small room in the perfect place for transport

Value for money

Convenient hotel with well appointed rooms for a very reasonable rate. The downsides are that the bathrooms are small and that there is a regular rumble from trains on lower floors during running times.
