The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The shower was one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel. Staff was friendly, though they were unable over a period of two days to print documents I needed because they were out of ink. The walls are thin and we were awoken multiple nights by people returning to their rooms very late at night. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you'll be staying with kids, you might want to know that many of those shops are sex shops. The Pigalle metro stop is just a few blocks away for easily getting around the city.

First and foremost the pictures from the hotel advertising are a little deceptive. Hotel located in the "red light district" of Paris, so be mindful if you have children. Right next door is a french peep establishment. I understand it may be part of the cultural esthetics but this needs to be disclosed in the hotel advertisement. Secondly, rooms are small but people smoking from the street allows smoke to enter your room from the bathroom window. In sum, very average room on the level of a truck stop motel somewhere in Vegas.

There was no detail about the hotel being in the red light district of Paris. If I didn’t have my kids it wouldn’t have been a big deal. Hotel and rooms were not well maintained and the felt extremely dirty.

The front desk staff were AMAZING! I hope the hotel owners realize how much they can make/break someone's trip and those 2 guys really went over and beyond to make it great! Clean rooms, on the small side but with everything you'd need. Beds were very comfy.

Fun location for groups but not young families due to type of activities right next to the hotel. Staff very friendly and some quirky and fun touches in the hotel. Despite being on busy road and a lively location, no real noise from outside. However, inside noise levels high from doors and lift noise. Beds comfy and very clean but let down by poor air con and some decor in the room requires attention. Not the 4 star rating it is given.

Quite a bad stay. Came for a night on business and the wifi was not working. I was not able to get any work done! Quite an unfortunate circumstance. Asked for some money back as I lost money with not being able to work and was denied. The AC also was not functioning properly and my room was quite warm. Very busy and noisy street even with the windows closed I found it hard to sleep. Expensive hotel that is not worth it and does not accurately display amenities. Would not recommend and will not be returning. There are much cheaper hotels with cleaner rooms, nicer staff and functioning amenities.

We had come for an official meet to the Paris Airshow and the place was not ambient to the scenario. It was more brothel like than hotel accommodation. The accommodation was alright but not great for the price we paid for.

Area is a block from Moulin Rouge, around the hotel lots of sex toys shops present. It's partying area and can be loud during Friday and Saturday night until very late. Otherwise no other major issues.

Our Paris trip

I liked our Hotels it was close to main attractions in Paris. It was walking distance. What I didn’t like about the our hotel , the areas surrounding our hotel. It was too many gentlemen clubs in the areas.
