We booked the Prestige Room after seeing enticing photos on Expedia that clearly showed a private balcony—one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that our room had no balcony, despite what was advertised.
After raising the issue with the front desk, we were offered a smaller room that did include a balcony, but it was a downgrade in size and amenities. To make matters worse, there was a room that matched the original description, but its door was broken and deemed unusable. We were left with no choice but to accept the smaller room.
Throughout this frustrating experience, no compensation was offered for the downgrade or the inconvenience.
I would caution future guests to double-check room details and not rely solely on the photos provided online.
