The AC was nice, staff was amazing but if you’re highly sensitive with allergies I would avoid this hotel currently. The rooms smelled slightly of sawdust and the cleaning product used had a heavy floral smell. Beautiful rooms but I had to leave due to my allergies going off nonstop.

This was not a tourist area. You could tell it was a local beach spot. The neighborhood has quiet a bit of trash but the people were very friendly and we never felt uneasy. The host actually picked us up from the train. Would recommend this area if you want some down time from all the tourist areas!

The staff is the best reason to stay here. It’s easy access to the metro and several options to eat. The room was nice but…the bathroom needs urgent attention. It’s not in good condition. Not dirty just old and dated. Needs to be at the par of the room. Sylwja At the front desk was “superb” the area is really nice Paris neighborhood. Loved my stay

Key card that works maybe half the time, so often you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs, go back down, then back up, just to get in your room. They were very unapologetic and acted as if that was normal. The area is nice, the house cleaning is terrible and the view of the window is the side of a building, there is also a terrible loud boom from the pipes nearby that gos off about every 2 minutes.

Highly recommend the Hotel Étoile Saint Ferdinand!!! Check-in with Sylvia was fantastic - a very warm and friendly welcome, and kind, helpful advice and recommendations. Hotel was smallish but beautiful, good amenities including unlimited free water, tea & coffee. Rooms beautiful and location fantastic. Breakfast buffet consisted of hot & cold items and was delicious! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Confirm first if they are open! This is under renovation we book to this hotel upon check in they transfer us to different hotel that is far. Disappointed on this. They did not bother to inform us of the situation.
