Nice hotel, excellent location

Small but clean and comfortable room. The bed is comfortable as well so that's always an added bonus. The hotel location is excellent, and it is close to everything.

One large room

The historic property was decorated super modern on the inside. Very special. However, I was expecting a one bedroom apartment and this large room had no wall separating the bed area from the living room area. There was no kitchen, only a tiny refrigerator. The staff let me use the microwave behind the front desk.

The property failed to mention that the bathrooms are downstairs in your room. You have to go down a narrow stairs from the room to reach the bathroom. This is a major point that needs to be mentioned as not everyone has the mobility to take the stairs downstairs in their own room.

This small hotel is beautifully and uniquely decorated, very clean, with helpful, friendly staff, in a great, convenient location.

Lovely staff. Very uncomfortable room set up.

The bathroom was down a flight of steep narrow stairs and this was not advertised in the room booked and its pictures. This was very uncomfortable as the stairs were right when you enter the room, very steep and narrow, making the multiple trips to the bathroom or to wash hands etc very uncomfortable especially during the night. No hand rail is present except for a loose dangling rope which would for sure come down with me if I fell :). I asked for another room but told not available. As a solo female I also found uncomfortable the fact that the door does not physically lock from inside. I asked reception and they told me the door locks automatically, however I still would have preferred and felt safer if i could physically lock the door behind me not just rely on technology. Boys at reception were very nice and cordial and helpful.
