I cannot say enough good things about this hotel & staff. It is within walking distance to both the Louvre & Metro, so it is well situated to travel within Paris. Hotel is smartly appointed with an eye for detail. Check-in was pleasant, quick & included a glass of champagne as well as a tour of the hotel. We opted for the 'Family Suite' which had 2 bathrooms & adjoining entry. Staff was attentive, friendly & very helpful. We had a misfortunate experience with our airline that resulted in our luggage being completely soaked. The entire staff was extremely attentive & provided immediate assistance and even supplied us with coins for the local laundry mat! The rest of the stay went like a breeze & fully enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer. If you want to feel like royalty, without all of the fuss - the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is for you!

Everything was amazing. We stayed in their rooftop suite and loved the private balcony we had. The view of the Eiffel Tower was icing on the cake. Can’t beat the proximity to museums. Staff was excellent.

The staffs were absolutely amazing. So kind and thoughtful. We had an amazing stay in Paris thanks to this wonderful hotel and the lovely staffs. Out check in was pretty late at night but the staffs at the reception were so welcoming and it made me so happy I chose this hotel. ALL of the staffs here were amazing.
