The hotel is amazing, staff are excellent and so helpful, breakfast is overpriced and the hot ? items were warm but the staff are real professional, a real fairytale hotel which I would recommend to everyone, I liked the fact you have to show your magic pass to enter the hotel which makes it feel even more exclusive
