Hotel très pratique pour un vol tôt le matin. Les chambres sont petites mais très modernes, et puis les espace communs (restaurant, bar, salons) sont parfait pour passer une soirée tranquille avant son vol.

Nothing to drink in the rooms

No coffee, no water...not even a glass to get a sip from the tap. They're really trying to squeeze more money by forcing you to go to the bar. Pretty poor customer service. I'd stay at a competitor instead.

A Fun Hotel At CDG Airport

We always enjoy staying there. We like to be able to control the lighting. The view ofcthe planes on the runway from the bdd is unique. The bed is large and very comfortable. I like how their are food options late at night downstairs. Its a very fun place to stay.

We were staying just for a night, and had a semi early flight out of CDG the next day. It was perfect in size, and it had everything we needed. A quick walk to CDG. perfect! would stay here again!

We needed a place before our flight at Paris’s Charles de Gaulle airport. This fit the bill nicely. What unusual decorations. It was like staying at an art museum. The bedroom was efficient and fun. We really liked the bed and working from an iPad for lights and television. We were surprised by the breakfast offer. The staff was very friendly and showed us how to get to the commuter train for our flight in the morning. We will stay at CitizenM whenever we can.

Nice place to stay and in general, I would recommend it. The only negatives were the bathroom door doesn’t close completely so there is a little bit of lack of privacy. Also the bed is pushed up all the way against the wall, so the person who is sleeping on the far side, if they have to get up during the night, has to climb over their sleeping partner. That is not ideal. For just a solar traveler, it is great.

Aesthetically pleasing, but lacking

After being tired from a big day travelling would’ve been nice to have a front desk person to talk to. The self check in fine but not ideal as I had questions about the airport etc. Trendy looking hotel but could’ve spent more money on the bathroom (really loud in the morning if someone is an early riser and the other wants to sleep in.) Also surprised there was no in room coffee or coffee downstairs in the morning. Fine for a single person but a tight fit for two.

Check in was superb. The hotel is easy to find and easily accessible for terminals 2 and 3 using the CDV which is well signposted. The hotel staff were fantastic. Rooms are contemporary, bright, clean, lovely big bed. It was quiet although you do hear doors closing.
