Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas! Metro station just steps away made it super convenient to explore the city. Comfy bed & great shower. Would stay here again!

Pillow cases were yellowed, some furniture dusty. Garbage not emptied when room cleaned. Picture on website did not reflect actual room. Some Front desk staff were rude. Would not recommend

Collectively, the staff between May 16-20 were rude and not helpful. The clerk on the 21st checkout was friendly. These rooms are very small; the carpet is gross; the bathroom sink was plugged for the entire 5 night stay; there is not an iron/board in the room. I appreciated the coffee maker and blow dryer provided. We would not choose this location again due to size of room and majority of staff.

Awful

I understand this is a three star hotel but I did not realise that this meant I’d be compromising cleanliness. The room was extremely dusty and no matter what you did, dust was constantly everywhere. It was thick as if it had not been dusted in 2 months. There was a stale smell to the room, particularly inside the cupboards which made it a nuisance to access the safe and hang coats, as the smell was so strong it would hit you in the face as soon as the door opened. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor, and the door handle to the bathroom door was hanging off. The walls are also extremely thin and we were woken extremely early in the mornings by banging and creaking noises, which sounded like the cupboards opening and closing. The staff were generally pleasant however there was one member of staff in particular that was quite rude and unwelcoming. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, it was truly an awful experience.

Room was small, but well laid out and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay in Paris. Bed was comfy. One downside was shower temperature was a bit erratic. And our room appears to have been painted just before our arrival. So the room stank of paint and the walls in the bathroom were still wet.

The hotel is located in a good place for sightseeing. There are very good restaurants in short walking distance of the hotel. Excellent bakeries just across the street if you want a snack.

Unfortunately this property fell down in many ways. Whilst the staff were friendly the property itself is what let it down. Understandably it’s Paris but the hallways were very narrow and the room itself was very cramped. We were also surprised that there was no fridge which is odd in a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and could perhaps do with a topper especially if guests, like us, walk everywhere. You really do need somewhere comfortable to rest your head. As for the area, it was excellent. Not too far from places we wanted to see. There are plenty of bolongaries where you can get freshly baked croissants and other delicious treats. If you’re a coffee connoisseur though, Paris is not the place to get a good one. Most places do offer coffee but honestly it’s terrible. My suggestion, get it black. All in all and at the end of the day, we had a bed to rest our weary heads and a shower to wash away the day. Best Western Latin Quarter whilst not terrible, definitely was a 3 star hotel.
