Though the property was in a good place, the hotel itself is very dated. Not a 4 star hotel for sure. I am 6 ft 220lbs and could barely fit in the shower because my shoulders were too wide. Everything was tiny and there was no work space in the room.

Room needs update/deep clean

At the entrance of our room it had a very stale or moldy odor. And the carpet was filthy. It might’ve only been our room that had this odor so I don’t want to say the whole hotel was bad.

Great Price and location

Hotel was clean and staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathroom appears to be recently renovated but the rest of the room and the hotel appeared dated and old. Overall great price and location.

Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent staff, comfortable beds, delightful included extras like the evening treats! Parking here is a problem; you will have to pay €48 at the nearest recommended overnight parking lot. That was the only negative of the stay. I sure wish I could remember the wonderful front desk staff who was simply…outstanding! She was very helpful with answering our first-time-in-Paris questions and just being super sweet whenever we were in lobby area. Thank you 7 Eiffel team you did a great job and we will be back! The room is bigger than I expected, for Paris or London standard. Water pressure is very good, bathrobe and slippers are nice. AC very strong bed is comfortable. The area is safe and quiet, walkable to many places. Would stay here again. One downside, the shower has smelly ditch smell.

This lobby needs a MAJOR remodel! The office desk, carpeted pink walls, and dirty white leather chairs need to go! However, the rooms turned out to be very well laid out and comfortable!! We booked a family room which actually gave us like a two room apartment which was amazing! The bed was super comfortable, they had a wall for shelves which gave us plenty of space for everything, lighting was great, and they had a magnified makeup mirror which is a must! Location was close enough to the Eiffel Tower but far enough away to not be crowded. They also restocked our mini bar with water and made free snacks available each evening from 1-8 for free! When we first arrived, I was worried because of my first impression of the lobby, but this turned out to be our favorite hotel of the trip.

Great location

Stayed 4 nights. The room was a good size. We got the premium. Bathroom was good size too. They had a full size ironing board which is hard to find in Europe. The location is literally a 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cute boutique hotel. Staff was awesome and very friendly. This place is a 12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 2 minute walk to restaurants, and a 10 min drive or a 30 minute walk to many prime attractions.

Check in was good but after that no acknowledgement from staff . Breakfast was extremely basic and sparse.The room looked like it had benefited from a recent upgrade but it was let down by the carpet which was threadbare and looked like it had been there forever.

Elevator would not work and was ignored by front desk. We are old. Had two large bags and could not climb stairs. A office door was open. I stood in the door frame and told the lady inside elevator was broken. She got mad and said I was violating her personal space. Then close the damn door! Stood there about 10-15 minutes before front desk yelled- not broken! Just tripped. Someone went down stairs to reset it. Rude people. Never stay there again nor recommend it. Toilet smelled like sewer
