Need to clarify. Restaurant staff top! Beach/pool staff first 2 days. Videos on cell phone more interesting After that the 2 guys that start Sunday. Top top Check in front reception stuff especially the lady that did our check in horrrible. We requested someone to fix our shower she said they will go there. 5 hours later we walked by front desk asked her did they fix it she said yes we got to the room no one had fix it. To which she said oh. They were busy sorry. then 5 minutes later someone showed up. She forgot. It would be best if she just said I forgot.

Hard to communicate with the hoster . Made the checkin process to hard. CC asking extra fee security deposit to park the car without previous notice. Apartment need upgrades. A/C leaks after u turn off Apartment was clean
