We had a wonderful time; the park looks absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening when the trees are lit up. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us, since our Spanish is rather limited.

I have stayed here numerous times and it is always wonderful. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The mall is within walking distance, and there are two nearby outdoor food courts.

Our stay at the Factoria Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the pool (although cold!) is a refreshing and serene escape. The outstanding included breakfast was a highlight. Eggs and coffee made to order served with yogurt, granola, fruit, fresh squeezed juice varieties, and the most delicious breads and pastries. Our son is gluten free and they made him feel special with an equally delicious variety of pastries. Thank you Factoria Hotel! This has been the highlight of our vacation.
