The room was clean, were you opened the entrance front door room was smelling,the balcony the maintenance team needed to clean the cigarette from the roof.

Laid-back all adults resort. Staff was very helpful. Facility was very clean. Appreciated the serene and peaceful ambience.

Great location .. why it got some lower ratings was due to our room being located to an area of the property undergoing construction. For the most part staff were good .. barista lady in lobby was fabulous. Amenities are also good, with pickle ball rackets and balls available. Nice that beach is a short walk.. or shuttles available … which we did not use. Only unfortunate part is it is a public beach so palapas tough to get if u don’t go early in the AM as they are not just for hotel guests. Beach very nice though…

Overall everything was great. The resort could just use a bit of a spruce up. The signage is very faded, the pool and beach chairs are a bit worn. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful. Dining options were fine. Location is great.
