En primer lugar dar un excelente a los trabajadores del hotel en general por su profesionalidad y trato a los huespedes y sobre el hotel otro excelente porque realmente todo fue genial y me fui con nostalgia de este hotel y con los deseos de volver porque sus trabajadores son como si fueran tu familia algo que nunca olvidare, Recomiendo este hotel porque creo que no encontraran un todo incluido como este.

Mercedes, My personal conceirge Daniel, Oscar , Henry, Josue and Justin at the cabanas, Randall...everyone was excellent. Daniel had all our dinner reservations set before I checked in. Every restaurant had excellent food. Daniel was never too far if I needed ANYTHING! I will definitely be returning and will personally be requesting Daniel for the Star Suites.

Nice area. But very limited things to do. The commute back and forth to the lobby was where whatever there was to do except the pool was getting annoying. Only one small sports bar that closes at one then it turns into a ghost town. Restaurants you have to make a reservation which are impossible to get at any restaurant so you have no choice but to settle with the buffet everyday. Cleanliness was ok and staff was as well, but if you decide to do anything else off property it’s going to cost well over $500

We had a wonderful time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Everyone from golf cart driver to cleaning services greeted us with a smile and kindness. The pools were clean and had activities. The gym was functional and spa was relaxing. Additionally, all staff were attentive and knowledgable. Yeraly was great and Steven helped immensely with restaurant reservations. The guest services were great at accommodating any request. Overall, beautiful scenery and an amazing stay.

Amazing location for on the shore resort. It was an all on one hotel for everything you need to experience. From security, transportation, staff, atmosphere - great. My only complaint would be the one morning my room didn’t have working water due to maintenance but it was fixed within a couple hours. Overall, I would recommend & come back!

The resort is absolutely beautiful. Manicured grounds, beautiful black sand beach and relaxing cabanas. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food was delicious in each of the speciality restaurants. The buffet was great as well with lots of variety. What makes this place top notch are the employees. They are kind, friendly, professional and courtesy. I will definitely be returning.

The resort is on an incline so if walking is a problem you definitely will need to catch the shuttle that’s on grounds to get around. Very convenient though.

To get to eat in the other restaurants you had to upgrade to Star for 60.00 more per day. In the all inclusive lunch is left over for dinner. Room service food you didn’t get exactly what you ordered. Rooms were clean.
