Loved everything about this hotel the staff were so friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, it was in a great location. The bed linens and beds were super clean and comfortable.

The building is a bit old. We had some issues with the first two rooms assigned. (electronic lock did not work on one, and the AC was out on the other). The elevator is excruciatingly slow. And the front entrance electric sliding door make a huge racket when it opens. These are not things I would expect from Holiday Inn Express. But the staff were nice and the breakfast was up to par.

Relax and enjoy while in Palm Desert

We enjoyed out stay there because it was reasonable, clean, pet friendly, relaxing atmosphere, wonderful breakfast and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio having our morning coffee. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives while visiting the beautiful city of Palm Desert. The staff was very professional and the property was lovely.

Just what we needed plus more!

Very accommodating during our stay for doctors visits and my husbands business. Was able to get an earlier check in while my husband had his appointment and my pregnant self could relax in the room. Everything was extremely clean and the full breakfast was fantastic. Even my husband commented on the impressive breakfast and he normally skips on eating in the morning. We will be back!
