Great Breakfast and Managers Special at night. Love the 24 hour fitness center and the pool that's open at 6am and is the absolute perfect temperature. The staff are very attentive, especially the breakfast attendants. The bed was a bit on the firm side but we'll bring a topper next getaway. Thanks again Embassy Suites

Check in was fast. Bathroom was dirty with stains in the walls. There was a small amount of toilet paper left. Thankfully it was only 2 of us and we were in the room for a bit. But they should’ve left an extra one behind or put a new one. I could’ve called the front for extra but I’m sure they wouldn’t have brought it up quick or at all. Since I called the morning I was checking out for a towel and they never brought it up. Had to reuse the one I used the night before, gross. The room was horrible, the AC is extremely loud and did not cool the room at all. Me and my partner were hot the whole night. It was really uncomfortable. The pool was okay, a bit dirty but there was plenty of seating. The free drinks they offer were also nice and the breakfast was alright. Overall the reception and breakfast staff were friendly and nice, that was the only good thing about the property. And the surrounding area since it’s walkable to downtown La Quinta.

The property was nice and clean. We had to get a room change due to air conditioning not working. We got upgraded for the inconvenience. Complementary breakfast was a plus and free 2 drinks from 5:30-7 Cons: was denied a late check out, the pool was small and was full of kids playing volleyball and hit one of us in the head. I told the front desk and she was not faced by it. I asked if it was the only pool and they said yes. I will not be staying at this hotel again if I plan to enjoy the pool.
