The property needs some attention. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and the door would not close properly. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and the A/C was very noisy. These issues affected the overall quality of the stay. However, the employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful at check-out.

it is a unique property. Great restaurant, nice pool, convenient to Worrh Avenue, and great staff.

The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.
