A small “mom and pop” hidden treasure. Basic accommodations with a delightful breakfast area. Staff were very helpful in providing information about the hot springs and restaurants. An amazing restaurant is 2 blocks away. City Hall Cafe and Grille. Perfect for our one night stay in the area.

The owners here are nice and very helpful! Air-conditioning is strong. They need to check the power connection for the microwave issues. When we used the microwave the lights were flickering. Breakfast and the accommodations were a very reasonable price for the area.

I highly recommend the Alpine Inn Motel for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. The owner was wonderful—so friendly and helpful with local tips, like where to find hot springs and a great place to eat. Our room was perfect for my dad and me, with all the essentials like a microwave and mini-fridge. The small balcony was a nice touch for getting some fresh air. The simple breakfast was sufficient, and the coffee was delicious. If you stay here, I suggest a room facing the parking lot for the best view. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. They also accommodated a second nights stay for us. Breakfast options and area were very clean and well stocked. The room was outdated and could have used a bit of minimal repairs, but the rooms and property overall was clean, quiet, and safe. The location of the property is in a shared parking lot, which was not expected, but I could have done better research to discover that element. Parking was free and easy to enter and exit. The price was reasonable especially given that it was Labor Day weekend. I would stay again given the accessibility to everything we wanted to do in Pagosa Springs.
