It is a good family owned hotel. Nit luxurious though Service from reception excellent

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

AC was off but it is still hot. Fabulous bathroom. Do ask for a quiet room because Via Ghega is busy.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff from the front desk to the restaurant crew and cleaning crew- polite, attentive, positive. The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and the building itself is just so beautiful. Very close walk to so many great historical places and restaurants. Breakfast was great: good selection of hot dishes and buffet. Cakes were superb! Coffee in the afternoon also was a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

Loved loved the location....the hotel is small but lovely. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms very comfortable and plenty large. Bathroom was clean and nice. If I ever come back...I will stay here again
