Padar Island Vacation Packages

We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The kitchen area is great. Full fridge and freezer. Gas ranges (though we didn't use them). Bit TV in the living area (though we didn't use that either). We asked about laundry and they picked it up and did it for us with no issues. The bathrooms are excellent, with rainfall shower heads and plenty of very nice soap and shampoo. We did notice some ants in the villa but we mentioned it to the host and they immediately found the source and took care of it. The property is wonderful and the host has been super responsive so we feel very lucky to have found this place!

Its an amazing resort which offers so many activities. We didnt feel like leaving the hotel at all. They offer water sports and other great activities. The staff is really nice and helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because we did not have hot water in shower, not even warm water -it was cold water. I tried it at different times of day, it was always the cold water. I paid a lot extra to have the overwater villa, a once in a lifetime experience for me, so was very disappointing to freeze during my showers. We told the staff, but they did not do anything about it. We told them we were coming back in a few days and could they offer discounted rooms. They offered an upgrade, but no discounts-it was the same price as if I booked through Expedia. The staff in all other areas were so nice and helpful, they were exceptional.

Very nicely situated overlooking the waterfront. Down the main street to the right from the hotel are all kinds of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Google Maps showed that there is a cluster of restaurants around the corner to the left from the hotel, but we didn't check any of them out. We arrived around 1030am on a shuttle from the airport. The transfer was smooth and efficient. The hotel lobby was very busy, with new arrivals wanting to check in, and other hotel guests needing to check out. The lobby was understaffed which created waits for many people. There is a nice juice/coffee/snack bar in the lobby to the left from reception. The young ladies who worked there were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough, with a large bathroom, mini fridge and working safe. The view from room 3002 looks more towards the land than the sea view, because of how the building is designed. I suspect that most rooms have this view issue--more towards the right from the balcony, than to the left. There were noisy boats operating all day and all night, but the room was pretty well sound insulated, so this was not a problem. Problem with the shuttle back to the airport. Reconfirmed that we needed the shuttle to catch our flight out. Showed up and waited, along with another couple. Eventually they said the shuttle had broken down, but did get us into a car after about a 10-min delay. Good breakfast, pool area needs more lounges. Would stay again.
