The room itself was dingey was supposed to be a non smoking room but had been heavily smoked in fire alarm was unhooked and chirping had to park at the opposite end of the lot from my room sheets and beding had been washed so many times you could see throught them ...

Room was clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was helpful and would greet us with a friendly “welcome back” every time we entered. Location was very convenient to downtown. The gym equipment seemed a little rickety, but it worked, and across the street there is a nice path along the river to walk for exercise.

I'm not sure how it was a 9.4 rating. It's a 7 maybe. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Lots of mold in shower.
