Surprisingly we had a noisy stay. Our room apparently was next to a space hotel staff entered frequently throughout our stay. We could hear doors closing and details of conversations. Spa services were good but no better than other spa services at franchise chains. Nice hotel but overpriced for the experience.

Received confirmation that home was available. Home was double-booked with family living in it when we arrived. No cancellation or previous notice received. After hours on the phone with various Expedia people, we had to accept refund and find other lodging for the week ourselves.

Property was clean and perfect for my stay. It was close to UNC and other shops in Chapel Hill. Check in and finding the unit was a little confusing but I would definitely stay again!

The surroundings were secluded and peaceful but the hotel was close to shopping and other attractions. The interior, breakfast, ping pong, exercise room. We'll be back soon just for the peace of it.

Stay was convenient, staff was kind but hotel is noisy, needs an update and my shower had zero hot water. Was offered no solution by staff nir maintenance.
