Love our stay at the Hyatt House, property was clean and beautiful, staff was super helpful and friendly. Desk clerks went above and beyond to help us get in our room. Bar was nice and breakfast was great, coffee super hot, which was great!! Area where hotel was located was cute with shops and plenty of food options.

There is no one onsite to help with any issues. Their response was someone will get back to you with 1-3 days which clearly isn’t helpful.

Apartment was beautiful. Very clean, pool was nice as well. It is gated for an extra sense of security.

Called to tell them i would be checking in late. When I got there, the doors were locked and no one was at the desk. No one answered the phone, i was stuck outside until another guest went inside. I finally found an employee to check in. The room was pretty clean, a few hairs in the bathroom. Took FOREVER for the water to get warm. The breakfast was not very good, the eggs were awful. In reality, about a 3.5 stay.
